I have been working as an arranger and producer for quite a while, it is hard work but very interesting and fulfilling, not only as a player, but also on the creative level. It is just something about it that I love so much, I guess it is the contact with another artist in order to get things done, which has an interesting and very particular process every time.
Among things I did since the beginning of my career as a woodwind player, to arrange and help to produce was always in my agenda, I have credits for that in many albums I did record in the eighties with incredible artists in my homeland Brazil. So I got experience and leaned the craft on the go, and here on USA I had the opportunity to go to school again, which was a privilege, and I have learned a bit more about the technical side of arranging and composing, it came very handy because on the last year or so I have been working for many artists in that matter.
